The Iron Nomad is more than a clothing brand. It is the legacy of a friendship forged through miles, shared dreams, and an unbreakable love for motorcycles and the open road.

We first met at university in Newcastle upon Tyne in 2005, and from that very first moment there was an unspoken understanding between us. We were kindred spirits, bound by curiosity, loyalty, and a deep hunger to see a world that once felt far beyond our reach. What began as a friendship quickly became a brotherhood, one we both knew would last a lifetime.

Within weeks of meeting, we set out on our first journey together. That spark ignited a lifelong passion for travel that carried us across the globe for the next twenty years. Side by side, we explored places we had only ever dreamed of as kids, from the mountains of Nepal to the streets of Vietnam, and countless roads in between. Every journey strengthened our bond, shaped who we became, and taught us the true meaning of freedom, trust, and shared experience.

In 2024, my world changed forever. Kevin passed away while returning home from another of our adventures. He was just 39 years old. In that moment of loss, grief was matched only by gratitude for having known such a rare soul, a true gentleman, and my greatest friend.

I made a promise then to honour his life, his spirit, and the brotherhood we shared. The Iron Nomad was born from that vow. It stands as a tribute to friendship without limits, to journeys taken together, and to the belief that the road is always better when shared.
